 The two bedrooms sleep four adults comfortably!  Each room has a double bed, Roku TV, and workstation that includes high speed internet! One bedroom has two windows so you can enjoy a cross breeze and the sounds of the waves crashing ashore to lure you to sleep on those warm summer evenings.  On the cooler evenings enjoy the ambiance of a gas fireplace to warm the “cockles of your soul”! 

The second bedroom cools down for a comfy night’s sleep with a ceiling fan and a window AC.  There is a small multi-purpose adjoining area for ironing, hanging clothes etc. A crib is available upon your request.

The living room overlooks a beautiful parklike setting and colorful gardens! Watch the squirrels frolic and the chipmunks play! If the time is right, you may be lucky enough to see a family of swans floating along the lake, a bald eagle or two soaring in the sky and a family of deer grazing among the trees!

Enjoy the tranquility of the patio from sunup to sundown! Watch a variety of colorful birds while enjoying the sun rise!  Pass the time grilling, playing games and taking advantage of the beach access!  Watch the stunning sunsets while sipping your favorite libation!!  Outdoor necessities such as dining tables and chairs, propane for the grill, citronella tiki lamps and candles will be available!

When offsite, make sure to take advantage of Niagara Falls, Old Fort Niagara, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Wine Trail, and an eclectic variety of restaurants as well as hiking, boating, live music and golf courses. Youngstown has a post office, laundry mat, corner store, hair salon, liquor store and playground.

Lewiston, NY is about a 15-minute drive from Youngstown and has amazing restaurants, a grocery

store, bakery, drug store, florist, playgrounds, etc. You are 10 minutes from the bridge to Canada and 1 1/2 hour to Toronto. Buffalo NY is only 30 minutes away.
